Defendants William Taggart, Jr., and Taggart & Hawkins (collectively, Taggart), appeal from the denial of their special motion to strike the first amended complaint of Dylan Berry pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 425.16.1 We affirm the order denying Taggart's motion.
