Defendant Joseph Ray Marlenee was convicted after a no contest plea of misdemeanor possession of methamphetamine (Health & Saf. Code, § 11377, subd. (a)). Prior to entry of the plea, defendant made an unsuccessful motion to suppress seized evidence pursuant to Penal Code section 1538.5.1 The court suspended sentencing and granted probation.
