This case arises out of an acrid dispute between neighbors. Following litigation of a number of causes of action on a complaint and cross-complaint, judgment was entered quieting title to a small strip of land along the parties' mutual boundary line in favor of Wayne T. Hetman and awarding a total of $327,000 in compensatory damages and $75,000 in punitive damages in favor of James Michael Harm and Soraya Maria Harm, on causes of action...
