Defendant Mark Facun Abella appeals from his conviction for first degree murder of Eric Lewis and for possessing a firearm with a prior juvenile adjudication. He contends that the trial court erred in admitting evidence of two prior juvenile incidents of assault with a deadly weapon and that there was insufficient evidence of premeditation and deliberation to support a finding of first degree murder.
