KRIEGLER, J.

Joseph A. (father) appeals from the judgment of February 26, 2008, declaring his seven-year-old daughter, C., a dependent of the court under Welfare and Institutions Code section 300.1 He contends substantial evidence does not support the sustained jurisdictional allegations or dispositional order removing her from his custody.
