AVAAK, Inc. (AVAAK) and its Chief Executive Officer, Gioia Messinger (Messinger) (collectively appellants), appeal from an order denying a special motion to strike an action as a "SLAPP" (strategic lawsuits against public participation) suit under the anti-SLAPP statute, the Code of Civil Procedure section 425.161. We affirm.
