Ada M. Conde-Vidal ("Conde"), the debtor's non-filing spouse, appeals from that portion of the bankruptcy court's December 18, 2018 order (the "Order") determining that the co-debtor stay of § 1301(a) was not applicable because the debts at issue were not consumer debts.1
