Prior to its petition for relief, the Debtor in Possession (DIP) owned and operated approximately sixty grocery stores and pharmacies in Southern Oregon and Northern California. It has an operating line of credit with US Bank ("Bank") and, at the time of the petition, was indebted to the Bank for $33,809,109. In addition, the DIP was indebted to mezzanine lenders
