The Plaintiff, United States Securities and Exchange Commission, (SEC), has filed a Complaint objecting to the dischargeability of a certain debt by the Chapter 13 Debtor, Steven S. Bocchino, (Debtor/Bocchino), under § 523(a)(2) and § 1328(a)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code.1
