I. INTRODUCTION

There are various pleadings before the Court which have been consolidated into a single contested matter.1 The Court conducted a trial on the contested matter on June 7, 2013, at which time five witnesses testified and forty-four exhibits were admitted into evidence by agreement of the parties.2
