The Huntington National Bank ("HNB"), West Union Bank, and Freedom Bank (collectively "Plaintiffs") seek summary judgment on their complaint to except $300,000 from John P. Aman and Veronica J. Aman's ("Debtors") discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2), (4), and (6).
