Darryl and Tonja Hall (the "Debtors") commenced the above-captioned adversary proceeding by filing a complaint under § 506(a) and Rule 3012 to determine the nature and extent of Brendan Financial, Inc.'s lien on their residence.1 For the reasons set forth below, the Court finds that Brendan Financial's lien is wholly unsecured and can be "stripped off" of the Debtors' residence...
