Introduction

Harbour Trust Co. Ltd. (the "Trustee"), as trustee of the SPhinX Trust (the "Trust"), has moved to reopen the chapter 11 case of PlusFunds Group, Inc. (the "Debtor") in order to obtain Bankruptcy Court authorization to extend the term of the Trust. The Trustee's motion is opposed by certain parties (the "Aaron Defendants") who are defendants
