Before the Court is a motion for summary judgment filed by plaintiff Eugene I. Davis as Litigation Trustee for the Quebecor World Litigation Trust (the "Plaintiff" or "Trustee") in the above captioned adversary proceeding. Plaintiff seeks to avoid and recover ten alleged preferential transfers totaling $117,370.05 made by Quebecor World (USA), Inc. (the "Debtor")
