This matter is before the Court on the motion of debtor Nekessa Danyelle Johnson (the "Debtor") to vacate the Court's order of March 27, 2012, which disallowed the Debtor's exemption in an adoption tax credit on the basis of 735 Ill. Comp. Stat. 5/12-1001(g)(1) (the "Order"). In the alternative, the Debtor requests that the Court amend the Order to provide that
