This matter is before the Court on the Debtors' Motion to Dismiss the First Amended Complaint to Deny Discharge and to Surcharge Exemptions (the "Motion to Dismiss") under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) (made applicable by Fed.
