In this adversary proceeding, Plaintiff Green Goblin, Inc. ("Green Goblin") seeks to hold Defendant Warren Simons ("Simons"), the assignee of a mortgage and two (2) promissory notes (collectively, "the Notes"), liable for breach of contract.
