MARKELL, Bankruptcy Judge.

INTRODUCTION

Michael H. Meyer, chapter 131 trustee ("Trustee"), appeals the bankruptcy court's order confirming the plan of debtor Amanda K. Renteria ("Renteria"). The Trustee objected to the plan because the plan separately classified and proposed to pay in full, with 10% interest, one unsecured claim. That claim was a consumer debt guaranteed by Renteria's mother.
