The complaint in this proceeding asserts four counts for avoidance of fraudulent transfers under 11 U.S.C. § 548(a)(1)(B). When the complaint was filed, the bankruptcy court's authority to enter final judgment as to these counts was unquestioned. With its opinion in Stern v. Marshall, ___ U.S. ___, 131 S.Ct. 2594
