Debtor Hong Minh Tran is a gambler. And if his story is true, he is a very unlucky gambler at that. The questions before this Court arise directly as a result of his gambling. Mr. Tran entered bankruptcy with significant unsecured debt. Most of this debt relates to credit card cash advances and purchases of gold bars, electronics, jewelry, and a loose gem.
