Chapter 7 Debtor Joel DeGroot divorced his wife Joy DeGroot ("Ms. DeGroot") on December 18, 2002. As set forth in the Judgment of Divorce ("JOD"), Ms. DeGroot retained the marital home and agreed to pay the Debtor $48,000.00 in several installments.
