Before this court is Defendant's Motion to Dismiss (Docket No. 6) under Fed. R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) claiming that the Complaint's factual allegations are insufficient and that Section 362(b)(3) of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. § 362(b)(3), provides an exception to the automatic stay to perfect or continue to perfect an interest in property pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 546(b)....
