Currently before the court is the Motion to Compel Turnover filed by the Chapter 7 trustee, Philip J. Danaher, Esq. ("Trustee") seeking, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 521(a)(3) and (4),1 turnover of funds that were in the debtor's checking account at the time he filed for bankruptcy.
