Kayne ("Van Kayne")2, appeals the order of the bankruptcy court imposing monetary sanctions of $20,000 on him pursuant to Rule 9011 and § 707(b)(4)(D). Because Orton knowingly failed to exercise due diligence as a debtor's attorney in this case, we AFFIRM.
