Before the Court is the Motion for Stay Pending Appeal ("Motion for Stay") filed by Wells Fargo Financial Colorado, Inc. ("WFF"). WFF filed a Notice of Appeal with respect to two orders issued by this Court. On May 4, 2011, this Court issued its Order Denying Motion to Approve Reaffirmation Agreement ("Order Denying Joint Motion to Set Hearing") at Docket #24.
