This is an appeal of the bankruptcy court's order granting Creditor Dealer Computer Services, Inc. ("DCS") relief from the automatic stay to proceed with arbitration of its claim against the Debtor's bankruptcy estate. An order granting relief from the automatic stay is a final order over which we have jurisdiction.1

For the reasons stated below, we affirm the bankruptcy court's order.
