On October 25, 2010, this Court conducted a hearing on the Motion for Summary Judgment of the Plaintiff, June Laurie Rountree ("Rountree" or the "Plaintiff"), against the Defendants, Pamela Nunnery ("Nunnery") and Paul Klein ("Klein," and together with Nunnery, "Nunnery and Klein" or the "Defendants"). At issue is whether Nunnery and Klein have violated § 524 of the Bankruptcy Code
