The matter before the Court is the motion of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. ("Wells Fargo") to vacate this Court's July 20, 2009 order, in part, by striking all determinations that the mortgage of Wells Fargo was brought current as of the date of the Chapter 13 trustee's last distribution in this case. The motion constitutes a core proceeding over which this Court has proper subject-matter jurisdiction...
