Chapter 72 trustee, John R. Roberts, commenced an adversary proceeding against appellant Herbert R. Green ("Green"), alleging that the transfer of a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 pickup truck from debtor Anthony F. Stinson to Green was a voidable preference under § 547(b).
