Introduction

Before the Court is the Objection of Herbert Gross to the Debtor's exemptions. The Objection is opposed by the Debtor. At a hearing on the matter, the Debtor represented that there existed dispositive, controlling authority which he had not yet brought to Gross' attention. Debtor's counsel furnished that authority to Gross' counsel who was granted an opportunity to review that authority...
