This matter comes before the Court on the motion for summary judgment of Debra Kramer, the Chapter 7 Trustee ("Plaintiff" or "Trustee") on her complaint against Vishwa Sooklall ("Defendant"), seeking to avoid a transfer of property of the estate made by Davanand Singh ("Debtor"), who died subsequent to the commencement of this bankruptcy case, to the Defendant as a fraudulent conveyance pursuant to § 5481
