The above-captioned chapter 11 debtors seek confirmation under 11 U.S.C. § 1129(b) of their jointly filed second amended chapter 11 plan dated September 28, 2009. Confirmation is opposed by secured creditor Lackawaxen Telecom, Inc. ("LTI").
