The chapter 13 Trustee objects to the confirmation of debtor Barbara Jean Vollen's chapter 13 plan. Specifically, the Trustee objects to the debtor's claimed marital adjustment deductions for her non-filing spouse on Line 13 and Line 19 of Official Form 22C, the Chapter 13 Statement of Current Monthly Income and Calculation of Commitment Period and Disposable Income ("Form 22C" or "B22C").
