MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFFS' MOTION TO ABSTAIN

This adversary proceeding was filed on June 23, 2009, and alleges that the Defendant, Aurora Health Care, Inc., ("Aurora") attached invoices containing confidential medical records to proofs of claim filed by Aurora in the Debtors' bankruptcy cases, in violation of Bankruptcy Rule 9037 (Count I) and a Wisconsin statute (Count II).
