American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. ("AHMSI"), one of several defendants in this adversary proceeding, appeals the bankruptcy court's entry of a separate, supposedly final, judgment against its co-defendants, Wanda Fuentes and Carmen Torres. The bankruptcy court certified the partial judgment as final pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 54(b), made applicable to bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr.P. 7054(a).
