MEMORANDUM OPINION

PAMELA S. HOLLIS, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the court on the motion of Fidelity Bank to transfer venue of this bankruptcy case to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. The parties timely filed a response and reply. The court has reviewed the papers filed as well as the attached exhibits, and for the reasons stated below, grants the motion.
