Introduction

On March 5, 2008, Defendant Jack Loader ("Loader") filed a petition for relief under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code.1 Plaintiff Lori Wood ("Wood") filed a proof of claim in the bankruptcy case for $223,209.68 based upon a state court money judgment she holds against Loader.2
