OPINION

THURMAN, Bankruptcy Judge.

The debtor, James Clinton Garland ("Debtor"), appeals the Bankruptcy Court's order denying him a discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(2), (a)(4)(A), and (a)(5).1 We affirm.

I. BACKGROUND
