Larry Grimlie appeals the judgment of the bankruptcy court1 dated April 9, 2009, declaring a settlement agreement void and dismissing the remaining counts of Plaintiff's complaint. We have jurisdiction over this appeal from the final order of the bankruptcy court. See 28 U.S.C. § 158(b). For the reasons stated below, we affirm.
