OPINION

BOHANON, Bankruptcy Judge.

Appellants Linda S. Parks and Carl B. Davis ("the Trustees") appeal the bankruptcy court's summary judgment order holding that post-petition cash and stock distributions received by the debtors through their employment are not property of the debtors' estates under 11 U.S.C. § 541.2 For the following reasons, we AFFIRM.
