The debtor, Michael J. Wahl, appeals the denial of his chapter 7 bankruptcy discharge,1 and he and his wife, Candace Craig Wahl, appeal the bankruptcy court's determination that certain property was community property, and hence part of Mr. Wahl's bankruptcy estate. We AFFIRM.
