The above-captioned Debtors have moved under Rule 9019 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure for approval of a settlement (the "Settlement") with General Electric Capital Corporation and NMHG Financial Services, Inc. (collectively, "GECC"). The Settlement resolves claims GECC has asserted in the Debtors' bankruptcy cases in connection with leases of non-consumer personal property.
