This is an action by a chapter 7 debtor for a determination that the claimed lien of IndyMac Bank ("IndyMac") against the residence that he and his wife own as tenants by the entirety is void because his wife did not sign the deed of trust. For its part, IndyMac seeks relief from the automatic stay in order to bring a state court action to reform the deed of trust or otherwise...
