OPINION

¶1 The State appeals the superior court's judgment reversing the municipal court's restitution order of $61,191.99. The State challenges the constitutionality of Arizona Revised Statutes ("A.R.S.") section 28-672(G) (2016), which capped criminal restitution for specified driving offenses at $10,000.
