OPINION

¶ 1 Richard Taylor Burke, Sr. ("Burke") appeals from a judgment of the Maricopa County Superior Court affirming his conviction for wilfully refusing or failing to comply with a lawful order or direction of a police officer in violation of Arizona Revised Statutes ("A.R.S.") section 28-622(A) (2012).
