VÁSQUEZ, Judge.

¶ 1 After a jury trial, appellant Dale Evans was convicted in absentia of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and aggravated driving under the influence pursuant to A.R.S. §§ 28-1381(A)(3) and 28-1383(A)(1).2 The trial court later sentenced him to concurrent, presumptive terms of imprisonment, the longest of which is 2.5 years.
