¶ 1 In this special action, petitioner Keenan Reed-Kaliher challenges the respondent judge's denial of his motion to modify the conditions of his probation and allow him to use medical marijuana consistent with the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act (AMMA), A.R.S. §§ 36-2801 through 36-2819. For the reasons below, we accept special action jurisdiction and, because the respondent abused his discretion, we grant relief...
