¶ 1 Sysco Arizona, Inc. ("Sysco") appeals from the trial court's award of excess proceeds following a trustee's sale to JP Morgan Chase Bank ("Chase"), PNC Equipment ("PNC"), and Colley Construction, LLC ("Colley").
