VÁSQUEZ, Presiding Judge.

¶ 1 After a jury trial, Vincent Allen was convicted of forgery and criminal trespass. The trial court sentenced him to ten years' imprisonment for forgery and time served for criminal trespass. On appeal, Allen argues the state presented insufficient evidence to support a conviction for forgery. He also argues the court illegally sentenced him in absentia after he walked out of the courtroom during sentencing....
