OPINION

ECKERSTROM, Judge.

¶ 1 Following a jury trial, appellant Antone Gill was convicted of criminal damage and two counts of aggravated driving under the influence of an intoxicant (DUI). He was sentenced to concurrent prison terms, the longest of which were three years. On appeal, Gill argues the doctrine of corpus delicti required the trial court to grant his motions for judgment of acquittal made pursuant to Rule 20, Ariz. R.Crim. P.
